Cancellation Policy
Tint Boys LLC - Deposit and No-Show Policy At Tint Boys LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure the best experience for our customers. To maintain the quality and efficiency of our operations, we have implemented the following deposit and no-show policy: 1. Deposit Requirement To secure your appointment for window tinting services, a deposit of [insert deposit amount or percentage] is required. No-Show Policy In the event that a customer does not show up for their scheduled appointment, the following will apply: • If a customer fails to show up without prior notice or cancellation, 30% of the total service price will be retained as a cancellation fee. • If the deposit is the only amount paid, the full deposit amount will be retained as the cancellation fee. 3. Cancellations or Rescheduling • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Note you can only reschedule once. 4. Refunds Deposits are non-refundable in cases of no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
